Unleash Voidbeasts With Artel W Miniatures’ New Huntmaster
April 23, 2025 by brennon
If you're looking to introduce some style into your Dark Eldar forces in games like Warhammer 40,000, you might want to have a look at what Artel W Miniatures popped up for sale recently, as they unleashed the Void Huntermaster and his beasts.
Void Huntmaster // Artel W Miniatures
Leading the way is the Void Huntmaster themselves. The set features twenty-five different parts which can be used to make the Huntmaster alongside two optional heads and two gliders. This means that you could get a couple of Void Huntmasters to lead two sets of snarling beasts on the tabletop.
I really like the posing of the miniature, swooping down to strike at a nearby foe whilst a couple of their smaller beasts fly alongside, hoping for a snack.
One such creature that might leave behind a few morsels is the Horned Voidbeast, which is going to be a core part of your Voidborn Ancient's arsenal. Unleash this creature on your enemies and I'm sure even power armour would stop you getting ripped apart.

The nature of the beast means that it would work well as part of your Dark Eldar-style army but also in other settings if you so desired. The snarling pose is excellent and it looks like the creature is just about to carve someone in two in the name of their master.
These miniatures and more can be found within the Huntmasters Voidpack which comes with a mixture of bigger beasts, smaller swooping monsters and the Huntmaster themselves (seen here with the alternative head option).

The beasts can also be picked up separately if you prefer, meaning that if you like a certain style of beast, then you can just add more of them into the mix. It should be fun to paint up these miniatures, introducing a bunch of different colours that you might not normally see amongst the forces of the Dark Eldar or, in this case, the Voidborn Ancients.
Are you going to be picking up these miniatures?

A very cool looking bunch of minis
You know, he’s something of a scientist too.
He just needs some bombs to throw…
Hahaha… I was going to say! I only saw the ‘group’ image at first and I couldn’t get the Green Goblin out of my head. The version without the helmet looks a lot better.
